There are hundreds of restaurants in the Savannah area.  Just match your mood to the right place!  How about dinner in an elegant historic inn?  Try Fresh Seafood, Gourmet Deli and Bakery, Steakhouses, American, ethnic, Continental/International, Southern BBQ, Luxurious Fine Dining, Gourmet Pizza, Sidewalk Cafe and more.  In other words, there is something to fit any palate!  And, dress code is casual.

A couple of local restaurants have made the list of 1,000 Places to See Before you Die travel guide; Mrs. Wilkes Dining Room and Elizabeth on 37th.  Also, I'd be remiss if I didn't mention Paula Deen of The Lady and Son, who is known internationally through publication and television.
