Pooler (West Chatham County) Neighborhoods:

Although there are several cities that make up West Chatham County including Bloomingdale, Garden City and Port Wentworth, Pooler  is by far the largest.  The city of Pooler  has experienced  a population growth of 167% over the past 10 years.  Significant growth by any standards, but well planned and thoughtout resulting in a much desired community that attracts not only individuals but businesses alike.

Richmond Hill

Richmond Hill, Georgia is a thriving bedroom community located in south Bryan County about 20 miles from Savannah.  Popular with military families for its close proximity to Fort Stewart Army Base.  The city has nearly 11,000 residents and has long held the reputation for having a good school system

Summer Hill at Main Street, homes from the low $160's. This neighborhood two important reasons, it's convenient to local schools and it's within easy driving distance to Ft.
